What You'll Do:

As a Governance Analyst, you'll be responsible for maintaining, updating, and developing governance frameworks, controls, and policies that support our organizational objectives. Conduct risk assessments, create clear reports for management, and partner with various teams to ensure compliance with industry standards. Your insights will directly influence our governance strategies and help safeguard our data and AI security initiatives.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, IT Audit, or related fields (Master’s preferred)

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in an IT Governance Environment

Industry certifications such as CRISC or CISA are highly valued

Proficiency with IT governance and data governance tools (e.g., OneTrust, Databricks, Alation, Collibra, MS Purview)

Strong communication skills (oral and written) for effective knowledge transfer

Experience conducting risk assessments and developing strategic action plans

Ability to produce concise reports and presentations for leadership

Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau is a plus

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with Data and AI security solutions (e.g., Varonis, MS Purview)

Vendor audit experience

Advanced data visualization skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is advantageous

At least 4 years of practical experience in governance, risk, and compliance

Other Requirements:

Availability to work in-office three days a week; initial in-person interviews preferred but virtual options available

Position duration: approximately 1 year

Certifications in IT governance and security are preferred, along with the ability to adapt to evolving compliance standards
