Technical aptitude with a focus on triaging and troubleshooting in high pressure scenarios

Translating user report/feedback/complaints into what they're actually talking about in Artemis to dig deeper to find the root issue

General understanding web-based applications and their use of internal webservices/APIs

Ability to write queries to review and diagnose

Must be available to travel 50%. The rest of the time spent doing Virtual Training and other remote work duties, to be discussed

Must have or be able to get passport and travel internationally.

A second language of Spanish or another language is a high priority

Video creation and production using Camtasia or similar software

Curriculum creation

This position has a pretty steep learning curve, so someone has to hit the ground running. The Artemis Software train the trainer, will include learning by video, Train the Trainer sessions and

will include a teach back within 2 weeks of starting.

This person will have to be able to teach up to 12 disciplines.
